As a training site and authorized continuing education provider organization, Aspen Behavioral Consulting partners with individuals and organizations from diverse backgrounds who are dedicated to the ongoing development of professional, behavior analytic and ethical skill repertoires in the areas of supervised fieldwork, business solutions and consulting, specialized training, advanced learning outcomes and law enforcement and first responder training.
Our partners may include, but are not limited to:
ABA is the science of producing significant and practical changes in behavior through the analysis, observation, design, implementation and evaluation of past and current environmental events (antecedents and consequences). Behavior analytic practices focus on the acquisition, maintenance and generalization of behaviors and/or the reduction of behaviors that impact meaningful changes.
Demonstrate personal commitment to quality job performance, personal development and professional appearance. Be courageous in recognizing that failures and mistakes are learning opportunities that empower personal and professional growth.
Maintain a sense of trust, understanding, compassion and empathy while conveying energy and pride in all forms of communication: verbal, written, and non-verbal. Uphold the information and dignity of our partners in the highest regard through private and appropriate conversations.
Contribute to the work of others by offering assistance, solutions and ideas, acknowledge accomplishments, apply fair and respectful treatment, seek to receive support, and appropriately address conflict.

Commit to personal awareness of current events throughout the behavior analytic community. Use research-based behavior analytic practices to support, direct, and implement services. Provide our partners with timely action, clarification, personal accountability and appropriate performance feedback.
Aspen Behavioral Consulting is committed to taking the following actions in support of an inclusive environment for all partners:
• Provide ongoing education and training to all employees on diversity, equity, and
inclusion topics
• Support the creation and operation of a diversity, equity and inclusion council comprising
of employees and community partners
• Provide a safe avenue to voice concerns regarding diversity, equity, and inclusion
• Support flexible work arrangements that accommodate the different needs of all
employees and community partners
• Conduct periodic employee surveys and focus groups to identify the areas where our
company supports inclusive practices, as well as where there is room for growth.
• Actively participate in local and national professional committees on diversity, equity and

• Receive additional training in conflict resolution that focuses on responding to bias incidents
